- Further develop the principles of SAQ Training
- Examine, understand and appreciate the difference between speed and agility training
- Examine and develop the concept of agility training and its relevance to conditioning for sport
- Formally investigate and develop the theory and practice of speed development over 5-10m
- Demonstrate and teach further exercises which will promote and enhance speed, agility and quickness
- Assess the ability of each participant to understand the principles of SAQ and deliver an SAQ Training session
